The right to change the design and other aspects of the Consett Directory is reserved.

Whilst your listing will appear on the front page and at the top of its category when it is initially entered, it will thereafter be moved down the page and category listing as new listings are entered. This is an automated process. If in any doubt study the website first! (You are allowed to have multiple entries within the Consett Directory subject to the same costings and conditions. Indeed, it may be beneficial to reinsert every 6 months or so!)

Your listing will remain in Consett Directory for up to an indefinate period or for as long as Consett Directory exists. However, should the database become too large then Consett Directory reserves the right to delete older entries from its database. Whilst it cannot be guaranteed, we will endeavour not to delete entries less than one year old.

Whilst it is in our and your interest to keep the Consett Directory available on a 24/7 basis, and all efforts will be made to make this so, Consett Directory bears no responsibilty for unavailability.

Please note that the above is not meant as anything more than a fail-safe on my behalf, and I do intend keeping the Consett Directory up and running and available within my means.

Consett Directory retains the right to refuse any entry at its discretion.
Whilst backups are regularly made of the web site and data, should the database become corrupt for whatever reason, Consett Directory reserves the right not to include old data in any new database.
